FAQ'S
Our most asked questions
Find quick answers to the most common questions we receive
Why voice and SMS to start with?
Because they’re working. Last year, voice cloning scams cost firms millions, with employees 4× more likely to trust a phone call than an email.
Will my staff know it’s a simulation?
Simulations feel realistic by design, but you set the tone. After each drill, we provide a clear debrief and optional micro-training so staff leave informed, not anxious.
Is this legally compliant under GDPR/DORA/NIS2?
Yes. We process only the minimum data needed, store it in UK/EU cloud infrastructure, and map every drill to specific DORA/NIS2 clauses. You control consent, targeting, and retention (default 30 days).
Can this be customised for our risks?
Yes. Tailor by role, department, and channel (voice, SMS, email) - or use industry-specific scenarios like deepfake CEO requests or vendor payment changes.
How does it integrate with our systems?
Use it standalone or connect to your comms tools (Slack, Teams, email). We integrate with SendGrid, Microsoft 365, and provide APIs for automation and reporting.
How is this different from other training providers?
We’re simulation-first and compliance-native: realistic AI voice/SMS, clause-mapped audit reports, and built specifically for regulated UK/EU businesses, with a focus on high-risk, role-specific drills.
How is this different from KnowBe4 or Hoxhunt?
We’re simulation-first and compliance-native: realistic AI voice/SMS, clause-mapped audit reports, and built specifically for regulated UK/EU businesses, with a focus on high-risk, role-specific drills.
How disruptive are the simulations to our day-to-day work?
You choose timing, scope, and intensity so drills run without interrupting business-critical workflows.
Do you provide training as well as simulations?
Yes we will, very soon. Every simulation can be paired with short, targeted micro-training for anyone who fell for or ignored the drill.
How do you track and monitor the drills?
We log every drill in real time, tracking delivery, opens, clicks, and responses. Our built-in Incident Reporter lets staff flag suspicious texts, calls, or images by uploading screenshots, helping you track both simulated and real-world attacks in one place.
Can we start small and scale up later?
Absolutely. Many customers begin with a small pilot group or single department, then expand to company-wide simulations once they’re confident in the process and results.
Can we work with you even if we don't use the platform?
Yes, absolutely. Get in touch to learn more about how we can help your organisation.
Can you help if we're already experiencing attacks?
Yes, through our advisory support. We'll help you put the appropriate security controls in place to mitigate the risk of a successful attack.
Who are you and why did you start Adversarial?
We’re a UK-based team with backgrounds in cybersecurity, AI, and compliance. We built Adversarial to help organisations prepare for the new generation of AI-driven attacks.
